The Giveaway is organised by Singapore Life Ltd. (“Singlife”) and is available during the period of 24 Oct 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

1. To participate in the Giveaway, individuals must:
   
   1. submit a sustainability pledge through the designated Pledge platform during the Campaign Period;
   2. provide the required personal particulars on the New Life website;
   3. agree to being contacted by a Financial Adviser Representative from Singlife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. (“SFA”) to arrange a meeting for a financial portfolio review to be conducted. Singlife has an introducer arrangement with SFA, a licensed financial adviser which distributes Singlife products. As an introducer to SFA, Singlife will not receive renumeration for this arrangement.
2. Eligible participants will:
   
   1. be entered into the Lucky Draw for a chance to win Lucky Draw Prize(s); and
   2. be eligible to receive a S$50 eCapitaVoucher (“Voucher”) (while stock lasts) upon completing a Financial Portfolio Review conducted by a Financial Adviser Representative from SFA.
3. This Giveaway is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, rewards, privileges or benefits unless otherwise determined by Singlife.
4. Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete or multiple entries submitted by the same participant may be disqualified at Singlife’s discretion. Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Lucky Draw Prize, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
5. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to provide the information requested on the Pledge platform and warrant that all information submitted is true, complete and accurate.
6. The Gift is not transferable and is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item in part or in whole and is not replaceable, if expired, lost or stolen. Singlife reserves the right to replace the Gift with items of similar or other value at its absolute discretion, at any time without prior notice. There will be no replacement for any Gift or redemption card.
7. Singlife reserves the right to amend, vary or withdraw the Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Singlife’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final and binding.
8. Singlife makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Gift.
9. By participating in this Campaign, you accept that Singlife’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding on you. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these terms and conditions will prevail.
10. By participating in this Giveaway, you consent to Singlife collecting, using, processing, disclosing and/or transferring your personal data to Singlife related group of companies, third party service providers and/or intermediaries (including your financial adviser, where applicable), whether located in Singapore or elsewhere, for the following purposes:
    
    1. for the administration of this Giveaway, including the third party providers administering the Giveaway and redemption of Voucher and Lucky Draw Prize, or any third parties that Singlife may, in its absolute discretion, consider appropriate or necessary in connection with the Giveaway;
    2. to be contacted by a Financial Adviser Representative of SFA via call, email and messages on any messaging platform (including SMS) to arrange a meeting for a financial portfolio review to be conducted;
    3. to provide you with information (including marketing offers and promotions) about Singlife’s and Singlife related group of companies’ products and services via call, email and messages on any messaging platform (including SMS); and
    4. for statistical, research, audit, regulatory and compliance purposes.

11. A person who does not participate in the Campaign shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
12. The terms of the Campaign will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
