The Official Unveiling of Bordalo II’s New Sculpture
Singlife is proud to present New Life, a spectacular 7-metre-tall sculpture of the endangered orangutan by renowned Portuguese environmental artist Bordalo II, at Gardens by the Bay. Created entirely from discarded materials, the sculpture marks Bordalo II’s second major work in Singapore, following his 2022 Sumatran Tiger, and serves as a powerful reminder that the choices we make today can impact our world.
Be amongst the first to witness New Life as it is unveiled to the public for the first time, and discover how discarded materials can be given new purpose as we find a better way to protect tomorrow.
